What are the eligibility requirements?
 

  • 51% or more Latino-owned business, Afro-American, women owned.

  • Start up or profit business producing less than $500,000 in annual revenues, minimum $5,000
    in monthly revenues. Start ups allowed.

  • Operate and conduct business in any state

  • Have a registered DBA, LLC or Inc. Sole proprietors and start ups will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

  • Have an ITIN, U.S. Resident or U.S. Citizen

  • Be at least 21 years of age

  • If operational provide last 4 months of business bank statements or projected profit to loss if a start up.  

  • Provide proposed use of funds and must demonstrate a need, the impact on your business or the impact to your local, nationwide or an online community. 

  • Must have a social media business page.

  • Share your entry on social media, provide link of proof.

  • If awarded, provide video testimony and share on social media.
